The Ring is biased AF when Spence gets beaten to a pulp they leave him on yet Teo wins a decision In a close fight and he's gone smh

And to make it worse they put Beterbiev on there for beating a smaller guy who had already been beat by Canelo....a smaller fighter. Lol

    un****inbelievable!!!

Nor is he recognized as a triple champion:
      https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List...iple_champions

And he's only ever won titles of any kind at 130, 135, and 140... Stop making things up.

He apparently got elevated by email to super champ at 135, so now he's a 2 division email champ at least. But history doesn't recognize him as a 3 division champ because the WBA regular belt is barely more than a mandatory that's unrecognized by the other sanctioning organizations, and Josh Taylor was undisputed when he beat Barrios, who was never the champ at 140.

      Stop spreading the fake narrative.
Trust me, I couldn't give a flying hell about Tank. You're right he's not a 4 division champ, he's a 3 division champ - so that's my mistake. Wikipedia isn't a great source. They have Broner listed as a 4 weight champion when he only won a regular belt at 147. So I wouldn't pay much attention to that. Tank's definitely a 3 weight champion though on paper. A legitimate 3 weight champion? No. just like Pacquiao isn't a legitimate 8 weight world champion BUT on paper he is.

As bad as the fight was Teo was given the decision, its a statement move to be removed after winning while no others in P4P ratings fought, I don't know who replaced him but did he fight and win impressively that weekend .

I think they make up the ethics as they go along.

You're not a champion on paper with a higher champion in the same division with the same sanctioning organization. Are you trying to say that the WBA regular belt is on the same level as the Ring belt? The point is not even a source like Wikipedia recognizes Tank as a 3 division champ. Any of the more reputable sources certainly won't, because the WBA (regular) isn't a real world champion. It's not recognized as such by the other sanctioning organizations either. Up until he got upgraded by email to 135 Super, his accomplishments in other divisions were only the secondary belt, and there was a Super champion active both times. Might as well say that the winner of an IBF title eliminator is a world champion.

            I'm fine with it.

As a P4P hater lol one of the reasons I hate it is it doesn't usually grade for consistency besides the obvious of the whole concept of P4P being ridiculous.

Anyone on a seriously considered P4P list that isn't looking like hes on a whole other level vs a guy no where close to being in the P4P discussion should be losing ground in the top ten or off the list completely. The P4P best guys list should be more fickle than it tends to be.

Well to be fair to Beterbiev, he should have been on the p4p a while back after he beat the man who beat the man (Gvozdyk who defeated Adonis Stevenson) and collected 3 of the 4 major titles.

100%. Anyone who lost as badly & one sidedly as he did, even vs another P4P discussed guy should be automatically gone from the P4P list.

The concept of P4P is ridiculous, but how guys coming off nasty L's or bad performance W's aren't gone is even more ridiculous to me. Theres too many bad mfers in boxing that a bad night by one guy &/or a good night by another guy shouldnt shake things up more than it usually does.

p4p lists are dumb but having tank on a p4p list is laughable. 3 top 10 wins in 7 years, 2 if you dont count rehydration fights, and 0 top 5 wins. usually there is a reason people are put on the list but i cant find one for tank. resume is garbage, and even his performances aren't especially great. the cruz fight was dead even, barrios was even until the late ko, struggled against a nobody named fonseca, mediocre against tiny santa cruz. dont get it. also his reluctance to fight anyone good should be taken into account.

If you hold the IBO and you're considered a world champion, then you're definitely considered the same even if it's a WBA regular. I don't agree with this, I'm just stating. Chris Eubanks, Manny Pacquiao off the top of head have been considered 'world' champions on paper even thought there's nothing legitimate about the IBO. Boxing is very confusing and a joke at times, don't shoot the messenger.

He was never consistent, showed that he sucks cutting the ring and not that good on the inside, so he deserve to be out.
