No, Tank isn't a 4 weight champion. He's only ever won a real world title at 130. Not even unified because he lost his IBF title on the scales, and his second at 130 came as vacant bout against Jesus Cuellar. He's a single weight world champion. Even if you throw his garbage secondary belts into the mix, he's still only gotten titles at 130, 135, 140, and his secondary belts were acquired against weak competition while there was a WBA Super champion in the division. As much as I dislike Tank, it's still on record he's a 4 weight champion - whether we like it or not. For what it's worth, Tank's resume is horrific.

He apparently got elevated by email to super champ at 135, so now he's a 2 division email champ at least. But history doesn't recognize him as a 3 division champ because the WBA regular belt is barely more than a mandatory that's unrecognized by the other sanctioning organizations, and Josh Taylor was undisputed when he beat Barrios, who was never the champ at 140.
