Whats the difference between Teo/Ortiz and Shakur/De los santos?

Ortiz fought exactly the way Shakur did yet Shakur was easily awarded the W and Ortiz wasn't hmmmmm

    wonder what the difference was???.

with that said Teo won because he simply came to fight while the other guy didnt.

Both took place on a Thursday and neither of the fights delivered?

These were supposed to be big entertaining fights involving title contenders against the Dark horses of the divisions (135-140). What a let down.

Not exactly. Shakur comes forward, stands right in front, and makes the guy miss. Very little lateral movement. He pops out, but he mostly tries to hold center ring and potshot. Ortiz was on his bike. Even in the DLS stinker, I think Ortiz used more lateral movement in one round in this fight than Shakur did all fight.

Judges really value coming forward, especially if you have champion + Top Rank A-side privileges.

Shakur definitely won that fight and was awarded accordingly. Ortiz should have won the fight, but got robbed.

          Wronngggg!!!!

Shakur ran a night just like Ortiz but got the w because judges come into fights thinking if the AA runs all night then he should be Winning no one else would be rewarded that way.

Ortiz vs Shakur Santos vs Teo , you would probably get 2 good fights instead of two stinkers, Teo probably stops him in a technical punchout and Shakur schools him with a lot more contact as the speed is pretty much the same, styles make fights, if you cant catch the boxer he will outbox you, if Thurman fights similar to Ortiz he will beat Tim the same way.

Different style of "running." Shakur came forward, pops out, uses head movement to make them miss. I agree his volume was garbage that fight, but stylistically not the same.
