Shakur was moving around and tagging Santos the whole night, Teo was just flat out boring.

These were supposed to be big entertaining fights involving title contenders against the Dark horses of the divisions (135-140). What a let down.
But the price was right. So……

Judges really value coming forward, especially if you have champion + Top Rank A-side privileges.
Shakur didn't do ****, DLS did nothing but did a bit more than Shakur

There is not much difference; I would say Shakur, towards the end of the fight, started to counter Santos' aggression, which Ortiz was never able to do against Teo.

Also, I thought I lost many of the opening rounds based on moving too much.

            Shakur outlanded EDLS.

Ikik compubox isn't perfect but both these rbr stats ring true to me even if they aren't 100% accurate most likely.

But to the point Shakur outlanded EDLS 9-1-2. And he outlanded ELDS by 2x or more punches in 5 of those rds.

Ortiz outlanded Teo 5-3-4. And he didn't outland Teo by 2x or more at all in any rd. That means there was a ton of close/swing rds typically. Not to mention I'd argue Ortiz was avoiding the fight for long periods of certain rds so even tho the punch stats might be close he did virtually nothing for half to 2mins of some rds basically giving those rds away as Teo was chasing him around.

That said who gives a fook about this decision. It felt like a close fight Ortiz won to me, but it was so ugly I kinda love that Ortiz wasn't rewarded for such a boring fight that was still close. If you are going to be boring be Bivol or Shakur boring & dominate mfers. Don't be boring in a close fight & outright run from your opponent for long periods of time & think you got robbed.

                Not offended.

I just get annoyed occasionally on here by posters like you that have nothing of substance to say.

Yes you are triggered. You just admitted it yourself, clown. You are an emotional wreck right now because you are trash at talking boxing. I am simply posting in a language that you can understand at this lower level.

I couldn’t have said this any better than you put it. We’re supposed to be talking about where these four guys go next but their most recent fights put a stop-block on those talks.

It’s sad when the majority of fans don’t wanna see you in the ring again after such a dud–this goes for Lopez, Ortiz, De La Santos, and Shakur.

Sad state of affairs, man. Sad state of affairs…..

                      Didn’t Stevenson/DLS break compubox records?
