The article says Oscar and Floyd have been sworn enemies since active boxing. I don’t think that’s accurate. I think Oscar has been bitter about Floyd’s antics leading up to their fight in whixh floyd made fun of Oscar and how boxing powers that be/ elite were pandering to Oscar and his fan base. Oscar tried to hype off every Floyd opponent after that and he never saw Floyd lose. Every alcoholic I have ever known is an angry person with a long sized temper and I think Oscar fits the mold. Floyd, being the narcissist that he is, knows he irks Oscar and there is nothing Oscar can do about it so he pokes the bull just to say “I’m in your head still Oscar.” I wish Oscar would just let the hate go, it gives Floyd the narcissist what he wants, to be important to Oscar

"You know what Floyd told me on the run? I promise you this, as God as my witness. He looks at me in the eye, it almost sounds like he’s crying. You don’t hear his voice get like this—very few times. He goes, ‘I respect you.’ Just like that. ‘I respect you.’ Like, you know when Tyson [chokes up]? ‘I respect you.’ And I was like, ‘why Floyd?’ “And I’m getting the chills all over my body. ‘Cuz nobody’s doin’ what you’re doing. Nobody.’

PAUSE!!! Good thing this interview was not with Cam and Ma$e!!! LMAO!!!

Don't forget Oscar had Floyd Sr. training him, when Floyd and his Father weren't on good terms!

Yep I do remember that. Do you think Floyd senior had a positive impact on Oscar’s game or was it too late at that point?

this is one of the weirdest interviews ive read in a while

so floyd is laying the praise on cryin and the more floyd praises him the more cryin likes him

so canelo tank & cryin are the faces of boxing hhhhmmm

it wont be long until cryin is bad mouthing floyd on social over some disrespect issue coming down the tracks

The comment section was flaming Ryan. A podcast is supposed to be a way for to get good press on interpersonal level. When he seemed to just embarrass himself

Oscar was looking for external help, when it was his internal self, that was a mess! Almost like when Mike lost Cus D'amato, and then left Kevin Rooney! They start looking for "Yes Men!" Floyd Sr. helped him, but if he could've gotten his personal life in order, that would've prolonged his career!
