Especially when Canelo's resume ****s on Tim's. Canelo actually took risks and moved through various divisions.

Bradley retired when Spence was named his mandatory.

So why take the risk when you have idiots who will pay to watch you take on meaningless opposition? Canelo and his groupies are a main reason why boxing has lost luster and why ppv’s for the so called face of the sport can’t clear a mil anymore. Self preservation is the priority over truly chasing greatness.
Aren’t you a Gervonta Davis fan?

I take a pretty simple approach to this. I want a so-called undisputed champion to face the best challengers in his own division, particularly when he's just had a novelty fight against a smaller guy.

Some people seem to be into the fact Canelo made Forbes magazine. If that's his only interest, that's his prerogative but I'm not interested in his remaining his career and he shouldn't be allowed to keep calling himself an "undisputed" champion if all he's doing his pursuing the biggest paydays against lesser/smaller competition.

Boxing doesn't exist solely for Canelo's further enrichment.
        Correct, I'm a boxing fan.
I couldn't care less about PPV's, how much a fighter makes or sells, who his promoter is or the network where he fights.
Like, who cares? Am I their accountant?
I skip over all these discussions.

Outside of Canelo, every (young) fighter thinks he's a superstar purely based on how much he MAKES or SELLS (imaginary or not). That's all they talk about.

Clever tongue in cheek by Bradley. I hope this kind of criticism reaches Canelo loud and clear and gets under his skin. The other Charlo has no business getting the title shot. It’s a sham and Canelo has some serious thinking to do about his legacy.

False. His ability to avoid real threats surpasses even canelo.

                  The current state of boxing.

                  Belts don't matter.

Canelo fanboys would buy a card with Canelo fighting a wet bag full of noodles.

The fanbase is dwindling but most cards are PPV.

Boxing is behind basically every sport as far as popularity. But the promoters are still going to protect their meal tickets, even if the sport itself dies.

The saving grace of the sport will be social media influencers who box. And the old school fans hate it.

Canelo has been a joke for years. He got beat by GGG twice and had the judges not been bought, his career as the "face of boxing" would have died long ago and we would all have been spared the embarrassing final chapter of Ginger's career where he swaggers around stealing tens of millions from his adoring fangirls who pay to watch him duck any real threat and make excuses for why he is an all timer with the best resume of all time.

It's sad but fitting that Canelo is the last "star" here at the end of the sport.

Why would canelo fight ESJ? Timmy just talking out his ass smdh

I think it will be Benavidez and Bud. Even Mungia sounds more realistic l ginger aint fighting no Spence or big charlo. The backlash would be monumental if that happens and rightfully so.
