Technically no, but effectively yes. Loma was the real WBC champ, not Haney. He won his title in the ring, while Haney was a mandatory who got jumped up by email. Loma was fighting a unification against the other champion in the division, which trumps any mandatory.

And Taylor, well, actually, I gotta call it a no, because Catterall should have been the undisputed champion.
