His spot on. Fighters today get so much money so can afford to take long periods off, and these constant rematch clauses is holding careers up and the divisions. When the IBF start putting there foot down so many fans are in uproar, you can see by the comments on here. I applaud the IBF no matter who you are they put there foot down.
