I will believe it when it is official because with ryan, you just never know when the clown will change his mind and pull out after getting cold feet.

      What are you referring to?

I’m referring to Floyd going jogging with Ryan and convincing him not to fight Haney. When that bout was in negotiations the first time.

Not sure why Ryan is in a rush to get himself schooled again, should take a few more fights (Regis?) Then have a crack at Haney

Do you have any evidence of this being in any way true or are you just making it up like usual?

              Yes.

“Long story short, I’m in Vegas, I’m having a great time, I’m hanging out with Floyd. I’m not gonna lie, Floyd’s pretty influential.

He’s like, ‘Why would you do that? Why don’t you fight Rolly for the belt, and then fight Devin Haney?’ [He] gave me advice. I said that makes pretty much sense, but I told the people already Imma fight Devin. He said, ‘You know, some things change.’ I said, ‘OK.’ Basically, [that’s] what he said. I’m paraphrasing here. It’s a lot deeper than that and there was a lot more conversation. But Imma save that. And then I made a quick decision. ‘OK, Floyd, that makes sense. I’ll go get another belt. I’ll go get the [WBA] belt,’ which I was down to do.”

The Circus continues! Ryan has lost a lot of his leverage, walking away the first time! Luckily for him, Haney couldn't get anything better, like Shakur or Tank! Lots of egos in the room with Bill Haney, Ryan Garcia, Hearn, and Oscar! Hopefully they come to their senses!

Floyd gave him good advice! After Haney beats him, then what?

                    Floyd made Ryan waste time.

He was in negotiations with Devin Haney and that fight could have been made by now. Instead he pulled out of those talks and tried to fight Rolly, only for Rolly to go in another direction for less money against Isaac Cruz. And now Ryan is back to talking with Haney again.
