I'm willing to give him credit for a performance I didn't think he had in him. If I were in charge of boxing, I'd put him vs Morrell as chief support for Canelo v Benavidez.

As is, I suspect that performance means Canelo fights Jermall Charlo instead.

beterbiev is 12 years older than munguia and had to fight smith, was a mandatory. munguia's been a weight bully for most of his career. derevyanchenko got him hurt several times in their fight and is a short guy who was also old, as beterbiev, and had wars with adames, charlo, GGG and jacobs. if munguia really fights benavidez he is getting fucked really hard.
