Potentially but Hearn is in the public eye to take a lot of flak, I think more to the point Brooks trainer really should have talked him out of it, I don't know if anyone except Brook was so delusional to think that was a good idea.

The way Hearn treat Brook will always disgust me, Brook and Froch were his first real big names and he let him ruin his career to save his bacon...

And quite frankly this is why I don't rate Spence as much as others rate him.

This is arguably his best win and it's against a guy who just got battered and his face broken by arguably one of the most feared fighters in boxing at the time.

And on top of that had to move down two divisions to fight a guy people were claiming was some kind of prodigy...

You should've fought Spence Jr. from the jump, but you was clout chasing! If you didn't fight Spence when you did, they were going to strip your dumb ass! Hindsight is 20/20! ******* is a helluva drug!

Fight synopsis; Brook is outboxing GGG and GGG likely thinks that he is going to lose if he keeps boxing. GGG then completely changes tactics and simply beats Brook up really hard.
I just never could understand the GGG haters because this was one of the coolest things I have seen in the countless fights I have watched. Real fighting

All Eddie has ever done was chase money. He's never cared about his fighters beyond their ability to earn for him. He's a more refined version of Don King -- a white carnival barker ready to sell sand to an Arab.

Kell is one of the nicest and honest guys in the sport, he fought and beat a prime unbeaten Shawn Porter and I myself think it may of been different had he had left alone the then prime destroyer Golovkin and did what Chris Eubank did but unlike Eubank Jr , Kell has never ran from a challenge and was a persistent nightmare to Khan , knowing that his timing and strength was always going to destroy Khan , as he did. I’m sure Kell has plenty left to beat most of the top welterweights/light middles but giving age and weight away to a clown like Eubank is only playing into that mugs hands , I’m not saying Kell won’t beat him as he’s a much better fighter but I would hate for Jr to win based on the obvious advantages, but that’s Jr for you , his dad is obviously totally embarrassed about him and has every right to be! Good luck to Kell in what ever he decides to do , we hope to see him soon in Fuerteventura, at Baileys gym as my son prepares for his pro debut, what a boost it would be for him to seek some advice from this ring great .

I don't think any man, or woman, is 100% when they enter the ring.. which makes boxing so great; literally, it's a test of the wills.

It was a shame that this happened because during this time, Brook as a welterweight had more balls than the fighters that were middleweights. Eubank jr bailed like a beeech with some help from his daddy, Froch as a smw acted like he was going to fight ggg but then abruptly retired, Canelo was also being puss and picking on a welterweight himself while ggg was his mandatory. Brook did what none of them were willing to do, which was take on a prime ggg. Ironically it was after his performance that suddenly Jacobs finally stepped up and then canelo grew some nuts because they finally saw some vulnerability.

Triple G was going for the KO early. Once he settled down and did his fight the KO came.

Some rewriting Brook's career here. He was constantly plagued by injuries and fighting lower tier fighters, the fight with Porter that he won he held an average of 14 times per round.

He was one of those fighters that could had been in the mix with Pac and Floyd at the time but his career stagnated. Lets not forget when he got stabbed on vacation asking for kisses.

Solid fighter but never won the big one and all he did was chase Amir.
