Good win against Mikey doe.
You only have this weird thing against Spence because people say Crawford's win over him is better than Inoue's win over Fulton, which it definitely is.Oregonian likes this.

We'll never know if Spence was shot or not.
He only ever fought in the PBC sweepstakes against the likes of Porter who never wins his big fights, Ugas whos lost at domestic level and Danny who hasn't done anything at 47.
And he avoided once upon time, the one seemingly legit guy at PBC who was in said sweepstakes at the same time as Spence.
Until he did and then got found wanting and wanting badly, he looked levels below despite all the excuses people reel off for his mediocrity in that fight, it would've went that way either way...Last edited by Boro; 01-21-2024, 08:06 PM._Rexy_

Thanks Angel, that's very insightful. Half a year after Spence gets wrecked by Crawford, you break out the nugget that maybe he shouldn't have taken that fight?
Perhaps he should have fought Rod Salka instead? That a soft enough touch?

So if Spence wasn’t on PBC, which fighter would you have wanted him to face? Other than Bud?
You knocking on Porter speaks volumes about you.

Yes it’s an 8 hour flight , gets credit for that
Who else did he beat that he shouldn’t have
And by the way , Spence gets a lot of flak cause excuses after his loss but actually looked great against Ugas and Garcia
So there was no excuses before after Bud he’s full of them

And certainly not in any kind of fight anyone would deem competitive and when Spence did he lost.
The only guy he fought who was outside of PBC which was "competitive" was Brook but that has some caveats to it.
At that point he'd had his face broken by GGG and had to move down two divisions to do fight Spence, not only that the IBF at the time had the 10 pound rehydration clause...
Truthfully it's just about Spence not being as good as people thought he was or should I say hyped him up to be as _Rexy_ said.Last edited by Boro; 01-21-2024, 09:26 PM.
