Comments Thread For: Murodjon Akhmadaliev Backs Terence Crawford, Not Naoya Inoue, as The Best Fighter in The World

Who you got? Naoya Inoue or Terence Crawford. The imaginary, yet salient pound-for-pound number-one fighter in the world is currently an open debate. Of course, there are a few fighters that are shuffled into the mix.

I don't think there is that much debate about Crawford being number one. Inoue is #2 and the only reason in my opinion that it's not a 1a and 1b is Crawfords defense is better.

I wonder if he'll say the same thing if he gets the Inoue fight and gets schooled?

Crawford gets hit a lot more than Inoue.

Getting schooled by P4P no. 1 or no. 2 isn't that much different if you ask me, especially in this case where both of them are top tier.

Frankly, choosing either one of the two isn't exactly wrong but just a matter of preference. Not like MJ said Inoue ain't that good or put him down to raise himself but he basically gave the biggest praise to Inoue a future opponent can give, and just praised Crawford even further.
