    True.

Personally I hate that guys CAN be amateurs into their late 20s or 30's. I think like most sports there should be an agreed to amateur eligibility time period. I think you should get like ~6yrs of eligibility after 18 & then you are done or gotta turn pro. There are too many grown ass men who are professional amateurs in the amateur game.

Joyce saw Parker's performance and got motivated.

Now Joyce thinks he is somebody because he has seen two of his victims winning good fights on Saudi card.

But still, he is the one coming from two KO losses.

Joyce vs Wilder might have been a good comeback fight for both fighters.

Good for Joyce! I hate weak fighters who give up after a loss or two. I think he will keep same style. There is no way he can change and be effective. He just needs to avoid Wilder and Zhang and maybe AJ (Aj already KO'd him in 1 round in the amateurs)

I just cannot wrap my mind around his fall from grace. He did not have to fight Zhang. He did it because he wanted the challenge. That does not feel like the kind of man who just falls off from relevancy. I am willing to wager we see Joyce still fight in important bouts, winning a few.

Get Nosher Ali out the way & I'd like to see him fight Fabio Wardley.

He said it would be crazy to stop now. In my mind it's not crazy and makes a lot of sense if he has money for a comfortable future.

But maybe he still loves it and wants to keep going. That's a fighter's mentality, but age catches us all. Just don't come into your next fight looking like Wilder in his last fight (who sort of said the same stuff as this last year).
