If you asked Eddie Hearn and most who resided in the UK, they believed that Callum Smith was the right man for the job. Sure Artur Beterbiev is a dangerous and scary fighter with the type of power that can have you waking up in the emergency room, but Smith's supporters wouldn't let up.

Bivol knows how to not get hit and move around a ring. I understand that Canelo was the much smaller fighter but he’s a pretty good puncher and Bivol made it look like a Sunday morning. Meanwhile, Beterbiev has a meaningful tendency to get clipped. I don’t think it’s going to be an exciting fight but in my mind, Bivol has a fairly easy time with the Russky-turned-Canuck.

“That’s the fight that everybody wants to see. I’ve always favored Bivol but Bivol has to fight the perfect fight in order to beat Bivol.”

its the only way to beat yourself, fight the perfect fight

          Opening lines - Bivol -150, Beterbiev +110

The offshore books are going to hold Bivol in the same regard as Gvozdyk

Beterbiev edge is simply he will grind Bivol down over rounds.

He doesnt have to be as perfect as Usyk vs AJ but it will have to be similar.

Its not one punch power like a HW but the accumulation effect is real, all those guys can say they didnt feel any pain but we see the results, most arent even making it to the late rounds, most are stopped in the middle rounds meaning Beterbiev still has some buffer time left over to get the stoppage in 12.

So, I want N.1. p4p position for Bivol when he beats this Terminator.

I don`t want to see here no excuse like "he was too old", claiming Crawford is still N.1. because he beat Spence.

UK here. Who you been asking then Hans? Because it wasn't me. I had money on Betterbeef to KO Mundo in 7 or 8. Obv, I was very happy with the result.

Bivol is great with distance control but he also absorbs a lot of punches with his guard and elbows. Beterbiev will wear him down to the body and get that jab through the high guard which he’s an expert at.

That tends to happen to pressure fighters. It's not just a fault of his.
