Jonas was fighting on he back foot , if not she was running
I just don’t think she did enough output to win many rounds although when landing , she was quite accurate
I had it 6/4 Mayer also but some of those rounds could of easily been scored for Mayer
Mayer just looked much more dominant and pretty strong for someone coming up in weight

This has always been my Bible, then Cliff Rold - who's rarely wrong - picked Jonas as well... Yet I STILL picked (and bet on) Mayer (plus Cullen, for good measure), and still don't know why.

If I scored the fight as a whole, like some mma leagues do, Mayer 100% wins off of those last 3 rds.

Scoring it rbr I just thought it was a close ass fight where 2 swing rds, of prob 3 or 4 iirc, changes it from 6-4 Mayer to 6-4 Jonas. To me thats a fight that can go either way & never a robbery.

          I didn’t think it was a robbery
I just can’t say Jonas won the fight

Well, this year the way is shorter... we'll have three 4-month tournaments, so you have three months and a half to win this one

It was, without question, 6-4 Mayer. And the last three rounds, Jonas was being beaten to a bloody mess.

Ah well. Hopefully Tuesday's picks will get me back in the mix.
