No, he's not following the Mayweather formula because Mayweather fought tons of top 5 ranked opponents. Davis has never faced anyone ranked higher than 6th in the division he fought them in.

Mayweather would ask for concessions in his favor but he still ultimately got in the ring with top level competition over and over and over again. Tank asks for concessions and then fights unranked opponents from a different weight class. Huge difference.

hes what 28-29, in his prime, had enough fights he isnt new anymore, get him all the big fights NOW what are they doing, I want to like him but *** when he avoids haney and all this chit. Ok if you want to avoid haney because hes 165 pounds then fine, go fight Teo or Shakur or loma. Not this bull****. Its not like the divisions arent stacked 130-140 he has a lot of options only to fight some bum next fight.

Ok. Fair points. He is a cherry pick right now.

Floyd Mayweather has been Tank Wahid's promoter, adviser, manager, mentor from the very beginning. Even now Abdul is still not making any decision for himself. Who is he following?

Yeah, they're both ******s now. Haney is a free agent, and in reality Tank is no longer signed with Mayweather. Fight should be easy to make. They're both available and we don't know what they're waiting for.

Shakur will be hard for tank to hit for sure but Tank has to get his foot work and counter skills right so he can land a big punch that will drop Stevenson to the floor. As for Haney Loma and Lopez he going have to think outside the box for those fights and be mentally patient if he wants to win. We will never know unless tank fights all of them so its up to him to decide if he wants to prove why he is the face of boxing.

Tank more than likely finishes his career with zero legacy fights.

                    What a waste.....
