Amazing to think that Biev has tested clean 30 times with VADA since 2020 and yet he is still being called a cheater.
If true, then I guess all boxers are using PED's and testing clean consistently. So, we can say that they are all dirty, and so the fights are all fair. The Lance Armstrong type of thing.
