So the question is how many times do you need to complete a VADA program before you deem them likely clean?
Where are you getting these numbers from? What are your sources?

As long as someone is regularly enrolling in VADA testing for all their fights, over a period of multiple years, with no odd measurement results…that is good enough for me. There’s no exact number of times before I deem them clean. Thus Beterbiev wasn’t much on my radar when it comes to PEDs, until today.

Well, he signed up to VADA in 2016 and has 9 fights since he signed up to their program.

Ok got it, so in that case you must deem Beterbiev likely clean then?

But wait a minute, Mayweather has never done VADA before and you deem him clean. Why?

Beterbiev had some odd measurement results come up. So he is suspect.

Ok but we've established that that doesn't necessarily mean it's PED use, so keeps him in the "likely clean" stakes with Ortiz so we can dismiss that.

He's been enrolled in VADA since 2016 and passed all of them, how can he not be likely clean?

Your reckoning is off. They can test multiple times per training camp. At least in Canelo’s case. The WBC Clean Boxing Program does have limited funds as I said so they tend to test less.

I gave you my position on what I consider makes a guy likely to be clean. Odd test measurements are cause for su****ion.

You're going to have to be more specific I'm afraid. Let's get to the bottom of this.

Is it only VADA testing procedures being passed that deem someone likely clean? And how many do you need to pass exactly?

You say Mayweather is clean, but he has never taken part in VADA testing. So what's Mayweather's criteria for being clean?

I said 9 VADA programs (9 fights) not 9 drug tests total. Assuming all of his fights have been VADA tested since he enrolled (2016). So you don't deem 9 fights under VADA likely clean? I'll ask again, how many do you deem likely clean?

Making yourself available year round and funding it means Canelo was subject to more tests than just for 11 fights. The more tests you pass the better.

Floyd did USADA testing (in the country where USADA has jurisdiction) so he isn’t really relevant to Canelo comparisons with Beterbiev since they use VADA.

Odd test measurements don’t necessarily mean PED use, no. But it is a reason to suspect someone more.
