At least it’s honest I suppose, but it leaves me wondering how much more he could have achieved if he was. Not sure he ever had enough in the talent department to overcome TC. I believe Spence when he says he's not living a boxer lifestyle. He's more into the partying, hanging out a glamourous lifestyle in Dallas than commit to training 24/7 like his younger days. That's what comes with earning the wealth and trying to stay on top. You can't just go into boxing mode for two months prior to your fight when the other guy is in boxing mode 365 days a year. There will be levels shown.

You're not the first to say such things. He should have retired after the crash if that's what you mean. Otherwise, he gets massive props when he wins like when he beat Danny Garcia, and he gets instant excuses when he loses.

Or we can steer the topic away from the car crash to why the fight was not made early. Which is the main problem in this sport, best fights best, prime for prime is a rarity.

Spent his primes year being a píss head, drugging, hómo crap and playing round robin with PBC fighters to try and age out Bud.

And what does he have to show for it? his first REAL meaningful fight, he loses embarrassingly and he's pumping out the excuses like Wilder, everyone's questioning was he really P4P and what is left for him.

I hope there is a timeline on this rematch no one wants to see, so Bud can move on to something actually meaningful...

is Spence even serious about the rematch? He waits a few month to have eye surgery, which will put him out for another few months. Then he has to train for a few months. I don't think the rematch ever happens, especially if Crawford wants it at 147.
