This fight is a lot more interesting now than it would have been before Ngannou did so well against Fury, to me at least. And I reckon a lot of other boxing fans will feel the same way. AJ by stoppage or clear UD is my prediction, but with a puncher like Francis, it's going to be interesting!

Of course. Another Rematchroom showcase. I actually miss Wladimir toying with fools for a decade and being clear number one, rather than this current crop of oh-so "exciting" HWs who just won't fight each other.

Why fans are ready for Zhang, Hrgovic, Ruiz and Parker to battle for title fight contention with AJ or even the next crops rise to prominence with Sanchez, Anderson, kabayel, Bakoli being AJs opponent who are all far more worthy then an 0-1 fighter. I like Ngannu but he should not be just passing the division because AJs handlers are taking the lightest path possible. After having his ass handed to him in 3 out of 4 fights team AJ has beaten Franklin, Helenious and Otto. Three bums who at the time of AJ getting to them were shot fighters. Now an 0-1 novice because Crazy in the head Fury came in out of shape, over confident and got knocked on his ass now AJ wants him so he can say he beat him easier then Fury. Who the hell cares, Take your balls out of the witness protection plan and fight a deserving ranked guy. I thought Fury should have been stripped for fighting Ngannu. I think AJ should drop behind Zhang and Hrgovic for the upcoming IBf championship fight.
It is strange; here you have pro boxers trying to claw their way to a championship fight, as this retired mma fighter with no previous pro boxing matches gets to fight the lineal and former unified HW champions of the world. Never mind that it's not for a belt, that he's there at all getting such opportunities is astounding and disturbing.

Kiltschko, Ruiz Junior, Parker, Povetkin, Pulev are all better wins than Wallin 'Joshua's win against Wallin, is around the level of Whyte and Takam'.

It is blatantly obvious as to why this fight may be happening? So Joshua can actually beat Ngannou 'I am sure some Heavyweight has to do it mate for real, because Tyson Fury did not beat Ngannou'.

Fury's current reputation in boxing among the fans and with the general public is at a all-time low.

Parker has just beaten Wilder easily, Parker who is a former Joshua opponent 'Who Joshua has beaten by Unanimous decision'.

Joshua has just beaten Wallin, won every single round and forced a stoppage.

Note: These fights Joshua is taking, if he continue's to win them more impressively than Fury 'All this does is apply pressure on Fury to eventually fight Joshua'. This is important because? It is looking like Fury now may potentially back out of a fight vs Joshua. There is the beginning of a narrative being cultured by Fury's hardcore fans, where they seem to now not want Fury to fight Joshua.

You are witnessing the battle to see 'Who will be the last man standing from this era'. Wilder has just lost to Parker, Fury has just been decked and beaten up by Ngannou, Usyk has just beaten Dubois in a stylistically challenging fight, and Joshua has just fought three times in one year. Achieved three wins, won 95% of the rounds vs Franklin, won 95% of the rounds vs Helenius and knocked him out, and won 100% of the rounds vs Wallin and forced a stoppage etc.

Why didn't you end this starement by saying "and Joshua has been comprehensively beaten twice by Usyk. You have tried to big up AJ with your narrative...but by your logic...at the end of the day Usyk is the only one that remains technically "unbeaten"....unless of course you want to claim he lost to Chisora.

Fury took Ngannou as a trip to the bank and looked unprepared and unconditioned.Ben will have a good ida now of how to deal with this solid but limited striker now. How the Joshua nut huggers will live this down after all the abuse Fury got for fighting Ngannou will be worth waiting for and I would of much sooner have seen Joshua step up against a real boxing threat but this is Joshua and his way of securing a 'world title ' shot . I'll tune in some where for free as it should be a laugh.

We definitely won’t see AJ against anyone of risk for awhile. We’ve seen too many spoilers and Eddie isn’t gonna have Zhang, Hrg screwing up big fights on the horizon for AJ. I hate to see Eddie chrrry pick his way for AJ to get a shot at the undisputed crown.. which will happen if fury wins. But usyk has a really good shot at winning. Even in a loss fury can face AJ.

When Hearn mentioned Zhang, Hrgovic and slipped Ngannou's name in there, I kinda suspected it would end like this. A couple of legitimate opponents and the one his fighter is really planning to fight. It was confirmed to be Ngannou when Hearn started talking about how difficult the Hrgovic fight would be to make....
