He is way more confident in his and his teams ability to take on anyone and succeed than the 2018 version.

Can you say the same about AJ who seems like an entitled, fragile, insecure diva that hasn't come to grips with life and loss ?
Its hard to assess how much impact all those things had on Parker especially money, family and trainer. You say it with such certainty that you are in Parkers camp

My point is why do you single out AJ for being a diva when ALL heavyweights including AJ, Fury, Wilder have been HUGE divas? I give AJ credit for one thing in that he realises (maybe too late) that he messed up and is trying to take steps to climb back and started to understand ring rust and fighting for mega purses once a year killed his career.

Does he have vulnerabilities to get knocked out? 100 percent - but so did Wlad, Lennox later on, and many others. I don’t know if AJ will ever be the same after Ruiz and Usyk but time will tell.

Does he have mental insecurity due to the marketing machine he built up as an engine to maximize his wealth getting to his head? Yes. But i think again he gets it finally that he had chosen popularity over legacy and is trying to put it right when everyone has written him off.

Fury and Wilder i feel are disrespecting the sport by coming completely unprepared to fights and talking way too much and playing same games AJ played earlier in his career.

Cos Fury is at least entertaining and Wilder is cringey deserving of pity.

      • My god what a disaster AJ is not there to entertain or carry him and will go in for the kill in the first round.

        Lol

        • This isn’t comparable to Fury vs Ngannou. That fight was a joke until Fury himself became the joke and made his fans another joke claiming Fury is an ATG.

Fury, often regarded as the best current hw, went life and death with Ngannou. If AJ puts him down quickly things go back to normal and MMA fans can sit back down and go back to their softcore octacon humping videos.

If Ngannou wins he has proven himself special and it will change the relationship between MMA and boxing forever. It’s a high stakes fight.

Like me , you or the next human but what a fughin blow to the sport for those who spend time and sweat to be be at that level , right ?
Only to be levelled by a guy who never went through that
            Crossover is a fughin farce
Then you got Fughin Headshots saying boxing is dead
About as dead as his mother pulling a train for mma

But boxing is dead just like punk must die

Ngannou (coming back to the original point) wasn't even ranked and Fury wasn't actively defending against ranked fighters at that time.

Fury wasn't a champion when he fought Wallin and Schwarz.

Ngannou isn't 'real' opposition. But Joshua's not a champion. He has no obligations.
Yes Fury wasn't a champion but he was still fighting ranked opposition Schwarz was ranked #2 in the WBO and Wallin was ranked #6,#4 with IBF,WBA and wasn't rated by WBO after Ruiz beat Joshua and can't find a way to check the WBC rankings...

As for Chisora he may have not been liked as an opponent but Fury can't fight anyone who isn't ranked below #15 and defend his title.

And since a lot of people rave about rankings Chisora was in the aforementioned rankings hence why they're rating Ngannou for the potential rematch, so the belt(s) can be on the line.

you have to go back to 2014 or so for most of these fighters to be looking somewhat decent

He must know since Ngannou that he's diminished. And after Joe shut out Wilder he realises that the win that defined his level really wasn't what he thought. Beating Wilder is only good rather than great.

There's plenty of money in the fight... but I just can't see there not being an issue between now and Feb.
Funnily enough I think this is the reason he needs to fight and beat Usyk. He can't live off those Wilder wins anymore.

You have nothing to say, because on some level? You instinctual understand what I am saying is right 'Everyone does'.

It does not matter how many hardcore Fury fans, or cronies big you up 'This does not alter the facts of nature'.

Because this is not just about Anthony Joshua, lets not make that mistake 'This is beyond Anthony Joshua'.

I may mention Anthony Joshua in my post regarding this topic, regarding this battle between the Top-4 Heavyweights 'To see who will be the last man standing from this era'.

Anthony Joshua is a participant in this battle, and all I am doing is? Telling people what position he is in 'And certain people, are trying their best to deny facts of competition, the battle and nature itself'.

A battle is a collection of fights, battles don't just conclude after 1 fight 'The conclusion is not reach after a loss'.

The conclusion is ONLY reached after a defeat 'A defeat is not the same as a loss. A defeat is THE ACTUAL conclusion to a battle. A loss is a consequence of, a fight, a challenge, or a bi-product of life itself'.

Rockybigblower, we are here? We are living on planet earth 'It just so happens that we are both here, at this time. YOU have lost before in your life, we have all lost something before in our lives, but does life just stop and conclude right there? NO, somehow we deal with the consequences and we fight on 'The battle continues'.

The reason we watch sport, the reason why people have a fixation on sport 'Is because it reminds us, of that part of nature'.

In today's sophisticated and modernized society? We are all partially removed from nature 'We are partially all protected from nature'.

This leads some people to believe, that the rules of nature and competition have been altered 'Or that they no longer apply'.

But the truth and reality of life is? Nature has not altered, it is 2024 '2000 years ago, the rules of nature and competition were the same'.

Note: What certain people are attempting to do currently right now in society as a whole 'And more specifically in boxing'. Is that certain people are taking it upon themselves to personally decide when a battle, has reached its conclusion 'They are so removed from nature and competition, they feel so comfortable and protected. They actually believe, that they solely decide when a battle has reached its conclusion'.

Only the participants involved in a battle and nature itself, know when the battle has reached a conclusion 'That is how all battles reach a conclusion, EVERY single battle in life and the history of the Planet'.

So all you people can try and deny the fact 'That Anthony Joshua is still in this battle between the top-4 fighters. You can all try and kid yourselves, because you are partially removed from nature and raw competition itself. Or so you think, but really YOU are not'.

The competition between the top-4 fighters, to see who will be the last man standing from this era is still in progress 'It has not reached its organic conclusion' etc.

You really think he's gonna stand and trade shots ? Nope...he gonna be backpedaling to stay as far away as possible.

From what I remember of the Fury bout Ngannou was pretty good at cutting the ring off though.
