He has never fought a fighter ranked in the the top 5 of the weight class he fought them in. His legacy is mostly built off the backs of fighters who were completely washed (Cristolbal Cruz), way outside their base weight class (Hugo Ruiz, Leo Santa Cruz), or both (Yuriorkis Gamboa).

The wins against Jose Pedraza, Mario Barrios, Hector Garcia, and Isaac Cruz were solid wins. Garcia was only one weight class outside the one where he held a belt, the others were all in their base weight class. But none were elite wins.

Inoue isn't around his weight class lil. and Wilder had an awesome ko ratio when he fought c level fighters too. Teo beats his azz, Haney embarrasses him. he gets outboxed by bums man. and the ko don't happen once you step up to big boys. ask Wilder.
