I would like them to fight but it probably never happens.

Haney is 165 pounds, not staying at 140 for very long and Tank is a manlet.

Will never happen. They never attempted to make the fight happen even when Haney was comfortably fighting at 135. Nobody knows who Tank fights next. Frank Martin or Edwin De Los Santos would be palatable.

Money will determine if it happens in the end.

I see Haney being a full time 147 soon enough but the likes of the Saudis wanted the fight and paid ridiculous money nobody could refuse, then Wahid might just have to bite the bullet and put the weight on. Or the money could convince Haney to do a catch weight

So I think it only happens If crazy middle Eastern money comes into play and nobody can refuse it.

I don't see it happening in USA as some regular PPV.

Davis is a bigger name. Haney can`t dictate the terms to him. Davis will say: 135 and rehydration clause or go away.

Although the fans and boxing world would love to see it. I don't see it happening, unless a miracle happens between the two parties.

Difficulties negotiating the fight, because either are backing down from being the A or B side. Who gets the most split, who calls the shots and having a rehydration clause etc.

Really tough fight to make because a lot of factors...

Can Gervonta "Tank" Davis aka Abdul Wahid take Frank Martin or Edwin De Los Santos for his next fight?

If either of them build a name.

Frank Martin turned away from negotiations with Shakur Stevenson. Chances are that guy isn't really trying to fight anyone seriously anyway.

Who do you think Tank would fight next?

(Those are names that are on the same side of the street. And they are on the same division as Tank's. So you see I didn't mention names that are deemed preposterous.)

Lomachenko. Starch him while there is still some quality there.

                      Otherwise fight Haney at 140.
