        I’m really sorry to hear of his death, and I hope that he rests in peace.

        That said, I’m surprised that a 29 year old was listed as a prospect. Is it just me, or are “prospects” getting older and older? Heck, Crawford / Spence didn’t even get their career-defining fight until their mid-30’s.

        Whatever happened to the days when Salvador Sanchez and Sugar Ray Leonard were superstars at the pinnacle of the boxing world in their early to mid twenties?

        Now boxers are “prospects” for years, and the super fights “marinate” until they go rancid…
