More than half the world's adult male population is below 135. American males average 198. Leaving out the fat Americans doesn't do much harm to the talent pool, especially since most of the athletic Americans are opting for basketball, football, etc instead of boxing these days. Not to mention, Americans and Europeans have NEVER been the dominant forces at the lighter weight divisions. Even to say that sort of crap just proves you never followed them. This take is nothing more than bigotry.

The only "thinner" part of the talent pool is the fat that isn't around their waists.

Surely bud beating spence can't make him foty Bud shouldve beat him years ago, so giving such credit seems odd to say the least, rewarding bud for his prolonging fight! Spence might be too blame too. So both should be discredited for putting it off so long!

I remember someone on here once calling me a racist or white surpemacist or something because I regarded Inoue as top two or three p4p in boxing

I reminded him that Inoue is not white, but he didn’t seem to understand

Dude kept calling me a racist

They've never been the dominant force at lighter weights because there aren't many of them , is not bigotry a grown man shouldn't weigh 9 stone he is ****ing tiny, 9 stone is what a child weighs, not talking about teenagers I'm talking about children who aren't even in high school... just don't understand how people can get that excited about him, calling him monster etc when he is built like a child and would get ragdolled in most beginner/intermediate MMA classes... call it bigotry but u can't compare him to proper sized athletes who fight in competitive divisions

Have you ever been outside of your little redneck or fishnchips town wherever it is?

Most of the world’s boxers are in their 20s, fight at lighter wgts.

No one is talking about guys over 40 in western countries, who have beer bellies, eat doritos, and act tough behind their keyboards.

This is literally textbook bigotry here. A grown man shouldn't weight blah blah... ? GTFO. People are genetically different in different parts of the world. This is no different than saying a person shouldn't have black skin, or white skin, etc. You're imposing your own artificial bigoted standards about how "proper" people are sized, and basing your BS on that. Spend some time gaining some personal insight and then go travel the world a little. The smaller weight classes are actually very competitive, especially because they're not considered glamorous by bigots like you, so the best actually have to fight the best. Much less common to have primadonna A-side of the street and BS rematch and rehydration clauses in the lighter weight classes. All the worst parts of boxing tend to be more common in your favorite weight classes.

Certainly FOTY, you can't win that with just one fight.

P4P, meh, maybe. Not worth arguing about.
