Rayan sucks too, lol. But, I think a Rolly vs Rayan will be a much more entertaining fight. Haney will probably box Rayan's head off in a very boring fight. Rolly will take risk and mix it up, no telling what will happen.

Yeah, anyone can say anything. Even Joe Schmoe can say something. Gervonta Davis also warns Haney, "Your father's gonna cry for what I do to you." Yet he's not doing anything other than talk. And here is Ryan Garcia, who not only talks, but make fights happen for him. Is it really that hard to tell your management team to start balls rolling? It may not be much to initiate talks to the other side, but at least you're trying. Instead of just talk.
