Yet he’s actually faced and beat guys you claimed he avoids.

Don’t bother with the goal post moving mental gymnastics, you’re full of ****e.

You got it right! That is what we have seen. [/QUOTE]

Wait, so you’re agreeing with something that makes you look thick.

      Not the sharpest are you.

Ah so we’re going down the Hearn invented rematch clauses for AJ path now are we.

Warren put rematch only clauses for Joyce in his fights with Parker and Zhang.

Pretty sure Fury vs Wilder had one, how about Fury vs Usyk.

guess those guys are all scared then right ?

        Total imbeciles.

They arranged the travesty last night, and Wallin didn't even get the courtesy of the post fight interview of the loser that everyone else got. Guess his team didn't pay off the proper bag men, or the bosses just don't think Sweden has the money generating potential that the UK does, or both.
Or he had to attend to his broken nose which was sustained in the fight. In any case who likes to talk about a loss after quitting on their stool ,they had to rush his Swedish hooter to hospital .

Some of y'all need a hug with all the negativity about EVERYTHING you have. Like wtf lmfao. I'm not gonna be confused as an AJ fan by anyone logical &/or sane, but the guy is still among the top HW's in the game today. Is he #1 or #2? Nah I don't think so. Is he a top 5 or top 5ish guy? I think you can easily argue that. And you don't stay top 5 or 5ish by not fighting some ok guys. Wallin was specifically a top 10 guy (TBRB) & AJ made that an ez fight. A top ten guy isn't a "hasn't done anything" kind of opp.

Rematches arent mandatory for any fight, voluntary or otherwise. AJ's clauses are all Fast Eddies doing because even he doesn't believe in AJ.
You don't have to like them but they're sensible business for a guy who brings all the commercial value to most of the fights he's in.

And of course no-one needs to accept them. Usyk certainly didn't need to. They accept them for money, the same reason they fight in the first place.

When he is matched with the likes of Usyk, Fury, Wilder, Joyce, Zhang or Ruiz then you can hype him. Those are wins that would boost his status. He doesn't want any of those fights. He especially doesn't want any part of Ruiz or Fury. Both those fighters have never been stopped along with Usyk.

Joshua's team AVOIDS fighters with BOTH SKILL AND HEART.
So we have a pool of 7 fighters - Joshua, Fury, Wilder, Usyk, Zhang, Joyce and Ruiz.

Joshua fought two of them, Usyk and Ruiz, 4 times.

Joshua signed to fight both Fury and Wilder. Both walked away from 9-figure paydays (Saudi unification offer to Fury and DAZN offers to Wilder).

Neither Fury nor Wilder have fought any of the other 5 fighters.

But of course it's somehow Joshua ducking as always is the warped logic on these forums.

Btw, Joshua beat both Joyce and Zhang in the amateurs, knocking out Joyce and dropping Zhang.

True, but that's what happens when u just stand there and impersonate a heavy bag. I hope they paid him enough.

Rematches are a bane on championships.

In some cases they're warranted but Hearn and Warren putting rematch clauses on mandatorys and voluntarys is a joke reeking of insecurity.

Why the hell should a guy get a second chance unless there was some controversy or close decision ?

Elite boxers should back themselves to beat the guy in front of them and move up to the next guy.

AJ isnt interested in doing that. He wants a gift wrapped paper belt against a puffed up chump for easy money and a second chance if he can't get that first time.

Fragile wee diva that he is!
