If i was wilder i would have wanted to know what AJ was getting for my fights,

Referring to Fury vs Usyk again ... I saw an interview with Usyk where he was asked if he was getting a 50/50 split with Fury in Saudi. He said he didn't know and didn't care how much Fury was getting paid to fight him. He was happy with his own deal and that was all that mattered.

AJ lost to ruiz so what could that have done to the contract as well?

If i was wilder i would have wanted to know what AJ was getting for my fights, i cant see that sitting too well, i mean as far as i can remember wilder was getting offered flat fees etc for quite a long while and the fight was not getting done, this seems a good offer on paper and if everything panned out correctly it would have been good for wilder but for such huge fights total clarity would have been better upfront i would have thought and not a 3 fight deal either

Joshua would never have fought Ruiz on 10 days notice or whatever it was had Wilder signed to fight him . He went through several opponents until it got to Ruiz . He would have just went straight into the wilder fight at that point after the Miller fight was cancelled weeks ago at that time .

There was nothing convincing about AJ/Parker in 2018.

A 2024 rematch would remove all doubt and convincingly prove it wasn't fixed by the ref and Fast Eddie.

Forget the money. If AJ had wanted to unify against Wilder in a one shot 50/50 split with no rematch over the last 6 years he could have.

That he didn't is weak.

Credibility has everything to do with it. The Sauds could have had AJ v Wilder but AJ ducked him.

Truth is, fans arent clamouring to see AJ at all and i doubt the Sauds wiil want to stump up to see him destroy another sparring partner

That Wallin fight should never even have been the headliner but fragile insecure Joshua needs to be coddled, so there we go.

As for Wilder being told what AJ would be paid for fighting him, I agreed with what Hearn said about that at the time. Wilder's team insisted that Eddie should not be involved in Deontay's deal in any way and should not be present during their meeting with the DAZN reps. .

Nope...On neutral Saudi terrtory with an unbiased ref, if AJ beat Parker again i would tip my hat and laud Joshua with praise and kudos for beating my guy fairly and squarely.

No trilogy needed no rematch clause necessary. End of story. Parker would sign up for that in a heartbeat.

AJ would need another can to crush, a rematch clause, his name first on the bill, a 70/30 split, and even then would have doubts.

The guy doesn't know who he is as a fighter and a man so hides behind Fast Eddies shenanigans.

The terms of Wilder's offer were only made public after he rejected it. But, considering Hearn's position as DAZN's directer of boxing, he would have certainly been told about them. Like Eddie said, if Wilder's team wanted to talk about he and AJ's money, they shouldn't have excluded him from the meeting. Eddie also said that, in his opinion, team Wilder never had any intention of accepting the deal, they only agreed to the meeting to try and find out how much AJ was getting paid for his fights on DAZN.

Wilder was actually sent 3 different deals to consider before the meeting took place ... the 3 fight deal we're talking about here, a 4 fight deal, that would have guaranteed him a further $20million for another fight on DAZN after the AJ fights were done and dusted, and the option of signing for one fight at a time.

Wilder has still never earned $40milion for one fight in his career, and he never will now. Considering his highest purse at that time was around $2.5million, it was a fantastic offer.
