Comments Thread For: Wilder: When I Lost, You See How Happy Joshua Was? - 'Now I Can Escape, I Ain't Gotta Fight Wilder'

After years of waiting for both Deontay Wilder and Anthony Joshua to get into the ring with each other, they appeared to be closer than ever. According to both sides, they placed ink to paper on a two-fight deal, the first of which would take place in March of 2024.

AJ looked very happy after ko'ing Wallin.

Wilder looked just as happy after losing to Parker.

        Funny how that works innit.

Wasn’t it him saying they both needed to win for the fight to be on and that AJ needed to focus on Wallian?

Yep...and now he doesnt want any piece of the guy who took Wilder apart.

Joshua had 3 easy fights in working up to face his sparring partner in what amounted to an exhibition.

Now he wants to wait out for a gift belt and avoid anyone with a pulse.

The guy is a joke until he rematches Parker.

I was waiting for the delusional excuses to start coming out of Cry-lders mouth.. so now he just made up Joshua was gonna retire after this fight.. funny how the only one that hinted at retirement was Cry-lder post fight. This is just the tip of the iceberg, wait till more allegations come out, drugging, jealous trainer, ayuhuasca etc...

Wilder needs to STFU & decide if he is retiring or continuing his career. Fire Scott & get your next fight scheduled for March or April. Win that fight then line up another for the summer. Miller & Wallin would be good starting points. Maybe Zhang, Ruiz or Dubois in the fall?

Narcissist Wilder is his actual personality he’s more of an actor when he’s around fighters and is normal ,the same fighters he bad mouths in interviews and social media .

Forget this tall tale I still want to hear more on this cryo chamber thing I’d love to add it the list it’s my personal favorite .

Bull****! Joshua has cut his own path. Wilder lost to one of Joshua's old foes. The over-the-top hate towards Joshua is mind-boggling. Wilder walks and talks like a delusional drug dealing drug runner off of the old Miami Vice TV series from 40 years ago. The busiest top ten fighters at heavyweight in 2023 have been Parker and Joshua. NOBODY else comes close. And if you wish to criticise their oponents I'll say this, their foes are far better than nada-nobody-nothing, the exact description of Wilder's opposition between Helenius and Parker.
