Okay, so let me see if I am following this bouncing ball of logic....

Wilder "ducked" the undersized, inactive, historically overweight loser of the Parker-Ruiz championship fight, who could not KO the shell of a fighter that Luis Ortiz was when Wilder himself KO'd the prime version of Ortiz twice. After ducking this fighter, Wilder instead signed to fight the larger, active, technically sound winner of the Parker-Ruiz fight.

Got it. Makes sense to me, what is everyone else's problem.

I guess it could be that Ruiz just priced himself out of the Wilder fight, like he did every other opportunity he had this calendar year. But it is way more fun to call Wilder a duck.

Is he talking about boxing or twinkies?

Yes. Wilder did duck Ruiz in WBC final eliminator.

Ruiz vs. Dubois/Kabayel. TBH, those two may be too difficult for a tune-up.

Ruiz has been training at In N Out for the last year. Twinkies are his desert after two double doubles (animal style). In activity is the worst thing for a fighter and he isn't doing **** after being off for a long time. In 2024 he should be fighting a few tomato cans before trying to take on top fighters.

Based on recent performances, I'd say Wilder is the tuneup fight.

Wilder can’t price himself out of a fight with Andy Ruiz now, after that debacle on Saturday…
