Wilder was absolutely shot to pieces on Saturday night. He made Parker look like a genius he was so terrible. Imo he's finished. Fury took his soul.

At Wilder's age, there is not much left for him in boxing, If you look at his last four fights, I think it tells the tale. He can KO lesser fighters. Or he can be found out against top 10 fighters. His cardio conditioning has looked suspect when tested. consistent with Breland's revelations of indifferent training, and at 38+ this can't really be turned around, it will just get worse.

Wilder's a tough man and he can punch very hard, but his boxing skills are inferior to the likes of Usyk, Fury, Joshua, Parker, Ruiz, Zhang, Hrgovic, etc. Might be time to get out, while he still has all his faculties intact.

Well in the HW division you are always one punch away from another big fight. If he chooses to continue he should get back in there twice with decent but beatable opponents by July. Get rid of Scott as a trainer. Just be windmill again & go in there with a seek & destroy attitude. Win those 2 fights then look for a big fight for the fall. Inactivity does him no good. Either stay active or retire. There are fights still out there. Parker is a 31 year old former world champion with a lot of experience. Most here in NSB have always disregarded Parker for some reason. This wasn’t some massive upset. Let’s see what Wilder does going forward. I’d be looking at securing a fight in late March if he chooses to continue. I would target Wallin. Both fought & lost to Fury & both are coming off disappointing losses.

Yes. If Wilder plans to sit on his ass for 1 year doing nothing, than he should retire for good.

Wilder made Washington look like shades of Ali,so that’s expected if he doesn’t get a fast stoppage in fights .

Most hardcore fans knew he wouldn’t recover from the two brutal knockout losses . He went blank at one point for second from a Parker flush right hand and like I’ve been saying he’s lucky he’s 6”7 and was able to avoid more concussive shots by leaning back , and a overly aggressive Parker wasting punches not setting it up .

I believe ring rust ultimately was his downfall but once again he took bad shots to the head , Parker’s not the most powerful puncher but he’s decent. This is why Wilder better avoid a heavy handed fighter who can box if he wants that Joshua fight because he won’t make it there . He’s still good but he’s a knockout waiting to happen .

Wilder was really lucky with those Parker's punches. I am not sure he would have recovered from them if they were thrown by Joshua.
