How about AJ staying busy against decent opponents and waiting for Fury and Usyk to finish their business, then challenge for the real title. Winning phony belts does nothing for his legacy.

Joshua vs. Hrgovic is the most logical move. If AJ wins, then I think Zhang in China would be a great move. Yes, Fury/Usyk winner is the obvious goal....but it's not realistic right now. AJ needs to stay active, don't wait for anyone because he's still the cash-cow of the division.Last edited by kiaba360; 12-24-2023, 01:45 PM.Comment

You're saying Joshua shouldn't invoke his mandatory status if he beats Hrgovic, and let them do the rematch? What if it takes them a long time to make the rematch?Last edited by kiaba360; 12-24-2023, 02:10 PM.Comment

If AJ fights Hrgovic in 2024, I will be very impressed. I can see AJ winning if he fights like he did last night. In about a 8-4 or 7-5 type UD. He'll have to be sharp again tho, as Hrgovic is not going to lie down for him.Comment
