Cotto has a powerful jab great for nuetralizing speed, (mosley fight) knocked Clottey right on his ass 1st rnd, even if it was a flash kd. Nobody ever put Clottey down, exept Cotto. Any boxing fan knows how important a good strong jab is. it can take it's toll, kill opponents timing-rythem, and set-up for a solid right, straight or hook.

And if Mosely was landing "bombs" so much, it only proves how good Cotto can take a legal punch. Shane wiped the floor with cheato like a janitor, and Cotto beat mosely.

Clean effective punching is PART of the scoring process not THE scoring process, not to mention punchstats count everything that touches the opponent, whether weak, strong touch, or clinch punch.
You should know better than that.
WE all know if you have been watching boxing long enough, punch stats dont always tell the story of the fight

In my honest opinion and this is by no way being biased because im a fan of both fighters and a boxing fan before anything, but Cotto won that fight.. no matter how many times i watch the fight i end up giving the fight to Cotto.. just my opinion...
