Comments Thread For: Dmitry Bivol Feels 'Much More Confident' In His Right Hand After Having Surgery

By Keith Idec - Dmitry Bivol hasn't won a fight by knockout in 5 1/2 years. The long-reigning, unbeaten WBA light heavyweight champion has won each of his last eight 12-round bouts by unanimous decision. He hasn't stopped an opponent inside the distance since he beat Cuban contender Sullivan Barrera by 12th-round technical knockout in March 2018 in The Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York.

The thing is Arthur's only chance of winning the fight is by ko , there's no chance he gets the decision even if he knocks bivol down a couple times and wins every round , bivol is a great fight but has a great team too, and we all know great fighters with great teams never lose a decision

Does this mean that Canelo's main excuse for losing "I wasn't 100%" "hand injury" is now officially bogus?

Heck, I had no idea he even had a bum hand. Makes his victories over Alvarez and Ramirez a little sweeter, IMO.

Once Arthur and Callum are handled, the next fight should be as obvious as any...

I'm happy for any boxer to get a decent payday, so fair play to Arthur, but him and Bivol is a total mismatch.
