well i thik its pretty clear cruz is not a top level guy by now so i could see that happening. hes the only highly ranked guy tank will ever fight and the only reason he is highly ranked is because a lot of people thought he won/drew with tank lol. he went from 9 to now 3? based on the tank fight and winning a SD over some rando. in reality tank should be dropped in the rankings for struggling with cruz but instead they just move cruz up...boxing...he will probably fight the guy that just beat colbert though. easy fight over a guy with mexican/mexican american draw. he will probably make him wear pillow gloves or some other nonsense just in case

What an era! lol For the rest, Cruz has some qualities, he's aggressive and explosive at times, seems to have a decent chin, but he's not fundamentally solid, and not that big either. And yes, Davis' team will look closely at Valenzuela to see if he's a good match AKA another Davis victory.

Are the Haney's pressing hard for this fight because they know Devin will only be at 140 for one more fight and once he goes to 147, the Tank fight will likely never happen?

they also know tank will never ever fight them so it just makes haney look good because they know tank cant call their bluff if it even is a bluff

I see that Tank's fans don't want this fight. One clown says it should be Tank vs Shakur, a smaller guy. You see they're very protective of Tank who has fought at 140 and all of a sudden Haney is too big for Tank. See the contradictions of these ass gobblers? Didn't Leonard Ellerbe pursued Thurman, a 147 guy, saying he can make the fight happen in 2 seconds?
