well you jsut said he was great so why is he great? hes never beaten anyone very good. hes never beaten anyone ranked top 5 in the division in which they fought. and even if you do beat someone in the top 5 that doesnt make you great. some guys just have a good night. kambosos for example. what makes someone great is continually winning against good competiion. tank is continually winning against weak competition. thats not great. tank has had many chances to have coming out fights but he always turns them down. thats the problem.

This is where I disagree Daggum. You say 'tank has had many chances to have coming out fights but he always turns them down. thats the problem. I don't accept or agree that Tank has ducked anyone.

its not really a debate that he has. you can look up the tank loma situation. tank was almost crying when threatened with that fight and made a ton of excuses as to why he wasnt ready. you can look up tevin farmer tank situation where he was offered 5 million and turned it down to fight for much less. the machado situation was ridiculous as well. machado wanted the fight and was the champ but instead tank fought cuellar who was moving up from 130 and the wba said ok now you are the super champ tank and tank simply skipped over machado to become "champ" he also never tries to fight anyone good, like where are the offers to all the good fighters? where are the negotiations? etc..he doesnt even try its no secret.

This is a blatant lie. I've searched the web looking for this Tank said Floyd was trying to set him up to lose by fighting Loma I can't find it. I just see it posted on message boards by people that push narratives.

Can't argue with Daggum on Tank, I think he is a really special boxing talent and he passes the eye test with flying colors but like you're saying, could be a result of his opposition. Tank should have fought considerably better opponents by now, Ryan and Rolly were awful opponents, Garcia was a champion but at 130.

Was Pedraza not a good fighter? Barrios can fight. Santa Cruz could fight. Stop pushing a narrative because you're a man fan

Pitbull rematch is first in line for Tank's next fight, I think. Then Frank Martin, who will most likely sit it out and won't be taking even stay-busy fights.

Santa Cruz was a top 118/122 lber, Pedraza is good not elite, same with Barrios. Barrios is probably his best win given it was at 140 and what Barrios has done recently but some pretty awful opponents given his talent and where he is at career wise recently.
