Dulorme, Clayton, Karen, Villa, Abreu, and Eyubov? Not one of those guys raised his profile at all.
Those are established names that Boots should have fought moving forward starting from his 16th or 20th fight. They would have been good names around those times, but not so now.

Thurman vs Guerrero took place in early 2015. Keith's 32nd fight, Robert's 38th. Jaron Ennis hasn't even taken his first pro fight, which was in April 2016.

If Jaron "Boots" Ennis takes Guerrero for his next fight, it will be Robert's 48th fight, probably RG's last and retirement fight. It's an established name, though.

Since he got the belt, record padding will be 10x worse. He's Andrade with power. That man will be defending against mandatories for the next 5 years

If you're hoping/expecting that he or him to fight the likes of Kavaliauskas, Avanesyan, Butaev, etc., even for stay-busy fights, never. Those ships have sailed. Like you stated, record padding is over. Time to cash in/out.

The Mean Machine was Vergil Ortiz's 18th fight. Dulorme was Stanionis' 13th fight, while Ennis fought Dulorme in his 29th fight. The record padding is very evident.

Just look at the names in Ennis' record starting from his 20th fight, Arnaoutis, Armando Alvarez, Serrano, Mamani, Fernandez, Eyubov, Abreu, Heerden, Lipinets, Dulorme, Clayton, Chukhadzhian, Villa...

Again, who did his team approached, let's say starting from around his 25th fight and was turned down?

Eimantas is on record saying he was approached by team Ennis around Stanionis' 10th fight. Stan said yes, but the Ennis rep, could be Dunkin or Bozy, never showed up again.
