His attorney represents some networks, so he gets the information from him. I'm not sure exactly how his attorney comes to these numbers, but from what I heard, there are people at CBS or one of those networks who has access to these numbers, and the information is relayed.
I've seen him on twitter talking about his FB formula. He's a weird mfer with a lot of biases that make me question him with basic sh^t like this not unlike copp with his "sources". There aren't many ppl who I expect to have more misses in the boxing world that ppl pay attn to then these two.
Again he MIGHT be right. I obv don't think this show did 400k buys or anything, but its hard to trust a guy like this who's often wrong & biased. I'd trust other sources more than Glaser.
Idk why fans always think promoters & power brokers in boxing are lighting money on fire all the time. I promise you if promoters & power brokers weren't making money off of guys like Devin & others they wouldn't be paying them whatever they are getting. I don't know that they are among the best business ppl in the world, but I'm sure they understand profit & loss enough to not eat sh^t on fights or be surprised by PPV buy numbers to begin with.
I'm sure for this fight they either gave both guys higher gtd's & are keeping almost all the PPV money or they gave both guys lower gtd's with a bigger % of the PPV money. And I'd bet Eddie gots fan metrics that know about potential PPV buyers that Devin & Regis couldn't even understand to insure he's likely on the winning end of things as the guy making the deals to begin with.
That's probably true. I think that initial tweet that had the weight of both fighters from the commission also showed that both fighters received a flat one million for the fight. What's on the backend, how the percentages are apportioned, I have no idea. But based on Devin's past price demands and how much of a stink he makes for certain fights to happen, he seems to be making a lot of money for his matches. With the DAZN, it's a high subscription base pay, and there are investors seemingly pumping lots of money into it. I'll have to look for the articles that discuss this, but there is something that doesn't quite add up based on the public perception being given by the Haneys.

Yeah. The problem with the DAZN is that we'll never be able to confirm whether this is true because it never releases its numbers. The only time the numbers were released was when it shared broadcasting rights with Showtime for the Davis-Garcia fight.

From my understanding Bill Haney was doing alright BEFORE Devin made money in boxing. I don't wanna get up in ppl's wallets THAT much with $ talk but I'm sure the Haney's were doing fine before boxing & are doing even better in boxing so idk what doesn't add up from your POV.
And for me as a fan I wanna see the top guys fight top guys so I'm fine with Devin wanting other top guys & when you fight top guys you are gonna make good money so that is what it is.
We all know the most PPV’s Tank could ever hope for has been on the table for 5 years and he’s never been interested.
LOMA.
They don’t care about the money. They’re just trying to build a MYTH and you SUCKERS are falling for it. Never seen a boxer that has fought a bunch of average fighters get so much praise.
The only draws in boxing are obviously Canelo, Tank and Ryan and I still wanna see Tank and Ryan separately on ppv because I'm not convinced they can draw without eachother.
