its interesting fight as parker has shown he can take a shot, wilder is getting on and is inactive which is usually a very bad sign but heavy boxing is different than the lighter weights so i think wilder will be ok, i hope he gets a highlight reel ko to prove hes still got it & AJ does well and its setup for a big fight

I believe Parker beats Wilder easily than expected

This fight is a bit unknown quantity as Parker is basically better than anyone wilder has fought. So how does wilder fair against someone better than stiverne and Ortiz?

No chance...Wilder is a massive puncher and an extremely UNDERRATED fighter who dropped Fury 4 times in 3 fights and pushed him all the way in the triology after previously getting stopped. He's a warrior through and through and will put Parker to sleep as soon as he catches him.
However, AJ-Wallin is a much more intriguing match up and I wouldn't be surprised if the Swede pulls off an upset given that he just beat the extremely talented Gassiev and also gave Fury a tough fight. Still, AJ should get the job done although I'm nowhere near as confident as Wilder-Parker.

Deontay is older, but it feels like Joe gots more miles on him. I think he'll get KO'd quicker then Joyce stopped him.
That said almost everyone at the world class level can hang with if not outbox Deontay so if Deontay ISN'T Deontay anymore than an upset is possible.
Power being the last thing that goes & Joe not having a great ring IQ & lowering punch resistance makes me expect the odds it'll matter being low tho. I'd make this a firmly 70/30 Deontay fight.

But theres no way Wilder can be prime, I agree. He's fought less than 1 round since Fury smashed him up twice and he's approaching 40.
Interesting fight for sure. Wilder is older and probably more shop worn, but Parker has been struggling at a lower level than this
Parker will win if he avoids getting stopped if it goes 12 .
Wilder needs a stoppage .
This doesn’t really favor anyone bc I believe Parker can hurt him and box at the same time , if Parker can take enough off of Wilders shots it’s going to be a bad night for Wilder . This is why it’s important to fight legit guys if not stay active, Wilder is his worst enemy he’s doing all the work here which is why if he wins it’ll be his best win .

There's no other scenario where Wilder agrees to fight on the same card as AJ and not be the headliner, his ego wouldn't allow it unless he was getting his paydays.
If he was bothered about being a force in the division, he would've tried to stay somewhat active. He's just cashing out. Can't blame him at 38 though.

It was easy to predict. Wilder has always been a bum. And inactivity is never a good idea. If you avoid his right hand, you beat him.
Parker actually took some shot by right hand, lol.
