Video proves little, as it was evident they were at different workout intensities and likely in different stages of training.
From what I have seen in and out of the ring, Zab has the fastest handspeed in the business.

Marquez has slower hands than Juan Diaz @ 135. Diaz was way faster when they fought. @ 140 or above Marquez is a train wreck. Pac would put him away in 3 rounds if they fought @ 140 right now. That's not debate.

Pac is faster and possibly has more power than Zab. Although I would probably give the nod to Zab in power.

Honestly, I think he handles Cotto just fine. But If he loses, that's OK. I appreciate that he takes these kinds of risks and there will be no shame in losing to either fighter regardless of the outcome.

I like Pacquiao because he is a good man. He is everything that's right about boxing. I won't cry if he loses, but thanks for the offer of your e-shoulder.

LMAO, Hey man, I used to think that too, the first time I saw a PAC vid on Y*utube(the one that was titled " Manny Pacquiao Insane speed") where he was shadowboxing.

But, I finally went to WCG and was lucky enough to see the man in action. I was literally standing 5 feet away from him when he was training. And I'm tellin' ya bro, that motherf**ker was as fast as he looked in that now famous vid.

My jaws dropped at the sight of that f**ker throwin' punches and prior to me watching him at WCG, I never really noticed his footspeed, his feet are as fast as his hands. I use to think that PAC was just a quick handed fighter, hell no man.

Just picture this, it's like chasing a mouse .
