Even my fat friend looks fast when i put him to shadowbox. When he hits the pads he doesn't look half as fast.

If you read below the Y*utube video. I instructed y'all to fast forward the PAC vid to 6:30, that's when PAC went full throttle on the pads with his trainer, duh.

How do you judge reaction time? Based on your logic, Jmm must have foresight just to be able to hit Pbf.

IMO, Jmm saw the opening but was too slow to take advantage. Against Pac @ 130, his speed was sufficient to counter pac.
