Sounds like Bill wants a sniff of that Crawford smoke.

It's always like that in boxing 95% of the time.
That doesn’t make sense, though. It was Haney’s last fight under contract to Bob Arum.

So it would have benefitted Arum for Lomachenko to get the decision. Not the guy who was going to become a free agent.

The promoters are the ones that benefit from rigging the cards for the right fighter.

Totally agree on all 3 points. Haney is talented, but very much overrated due to his daddy running his marketing promotions.....lol.

Haney's name has been in the discussion with 5 other young up and comers whom all are/were in or around his division and he has yet to face any of them.... Shakur Stevenson, Frank Martin, Teofimo Lopez, Ryan Garcia, Tank Davis..... Haney has built his name on beating over the hill champions on their way out the door... Gamboa, Linares, Kambosas, Loma, and now Prograis......

Haney needs to get himself a legit 50/50 match up vs a talented opponent for me to believe he'd be the face of anything and ready for elite challenges.... He had his biggest accomplishment vs Loma (as far as names) and he responded by giving the platform to Shakur Stevenson who was standing in the middle of the ring. Haney walked out like a chump without even addressing him other than a corny remark as he was stepping out saying he was the number one guy......Knowing he didn't beat the number one talent.
