You must be a serious fan of golf, cause I seriously don't give a **** how much money Tiger makes. Manny Pac is the face of Boxing right now. As far as I'm concerned more people worldwide watch boxing than golf. Therefore more people care about Manny than Tiger. Influence isn't about money all the time. It comes down to how relevant you are. As of right now Manny Pac is relevant to more people than Tiger Woods simply because Boxing is more relevant than Golf. Period. Nothing more to it. Outside of the wealthy not many people care about golf. Both poor and rich care about boxing. It really is that simple.
You have to truly understand what redefining your sport means. It means that, whichever sport you choose, be it the NBA, NFL, Boxing, Hockey, etc., you can be considered the best there ever was, ever will be and have transformed your sport into what it is today because you played it at the level you did.
Now you read the above sentence and I DARE you to tell me Manny can compete with that ****, regardless of your failed comparisons of the two sports. You tell me Manny can say that about himself and his sport. Good game son, I'm done with you.Comment

Last comment on the matter because you just must be that dillusional. Tiger Woods REDEFINED A SPORT! Lol, you said Manny is the face of boxing "RIGHT NOW" LMMFAO, okay, so he wasn't before and won't be for very much longer. Enough proof there? More people MOST DEFINITELY DO NOT watch boxing more than they do Golf. That's just a ****** statement from a very hurt individual having to face defeat. The numbers, if you take a look at it, prove it to be almost impossible for more people to watch boxing over golf. Tiger Woods, back to him REDEFINING A SPORT, made the game of golf more accessable or "cool" to young kids, different races, rich, poor, as well as the already huge base of players, whether it be recreational to pro.

Filipino boxing superstar Manny Pacquiao has entered another list that ranks powerhouse celebrities, further cementing his status as a global sports icon.
But this time, Pacquiao ranked higher than the likes of Kobe Bryant, LeBron James and Tiger Woods in the 2009 AskMen.com
Details: http://www.abs-cbnnews.com/sports/10...bron-and-tiger
He is more influential than wood is simple because he does a lot of charity and stuff for RP!!!!
Everytime this influential **** is bought up it has to boil down to some NFL/BASKETBALL/BASEBALL players, NOBODY GIVES A **** ABOUT those 3 sports OUTSIDE OF US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Lebron and kobe should not even b on that ****** list!!!!!!!!!!!Comment
