I don't see Tank fearing Haney. If Haney can't hurt Tank he's in a heap of trouble. Tank will just walk him down and hammer him.

Devin can definitely hurt Gervonta, especially at 140. Gervonta was mandatory for Haney for some time but didn't force anything... instead he was going for latino brawlers.

Tank is yet to fight single elite boxer in his entire career & he is already 30.

Devin on other hand is only 25 & already achieved more than Gervonta, He was undisputed 135 champion & while Gervonta was holding paper belts fighting against tailor made latino brawlers.

Not to mention Tank ducked Loma for years. He is the most protected fighter in boxing with AJ, PERIOD! ... He is AJ of LW's!

PBC needs to start sending offers. There are zero promotional issues here. Haney is a free agent and has no contractual obligations with TR and Matchroom. There's also Teo Lopez who has no obligation to please Arum. He's also a free agent.
