Thurman has literally run himself out of boxing. It seems like nothing is good enough for him, and he's constantly waiting on the PERFECT opportunity.

Thurman may potentially entertain a Haney match-up because it's the perfect opportunity: someone moving up, not a big puncher, and potentially a PPV opponent. If Haney beats him, Thurman won't be taking much punishment in the process.

Thurman is a talker not a doer and fits right in with the Charlo’s of this world.

there time is now up and new blood is being ushered in

Haney should fight Teo at 140 to unify and if he wins that then consider the move. I personally don't wanna see him and Ryan and there is Boots with a title at 147 if he pulled that off that's a legit run though 3 classes and a open door for a Crawford fight.

Side note I don't think he can beat Boots but it's an intriguing fight to me at least

How is fighting a possible future HOF like Teo Lopez, the man who beat the man in 2 different divisions and is only 26 years old, a "waste of time"?

This is exactly the types of fights boxing needs.

Boots needs to be trying to lure Spence, Crawford, Thurman, and guys who name value at 147 into a fight or fight Vergil Ortiz if he can.
