You love the term casuals. Lol.
Ask the casuals why Boots turned down a Crawford shot when he was offered, and the fight went to Ava?
Or, ask the casuals why Boots only calls Bud out when he has an opponent? Then magically, when Bud has no opponent, Boots gets really quiet?
Or, maybe ask the casuals...Bud chased Spence for years. Boots turned down a Bud fight then. Now that Bud dominated Spence, has a contractual rematch, and has stated he wants only big money fights as he is 35 and close to retiring....why is Boots getting emailed a belt and still fighting B level guys?
Why doesn't Boots make a big profile fight, right now, so he can make a real case for the Bud fight happening after Bud is done with the Spence rematch?
Because Boots has been playing the name game for years. But he does not want Bud.
YOU sound like a casual dude. Sorry.Comment

Both Crawford and Ennis have a 74" reach.Comment

Well he’s said he wants the fight several times. Bud is the only one saying no. Just call a duck a duck. I states before these guys are OLD in boxing years. Boots should be getting the big fights rn. Crawford has always done this he’s never defended any of his undisputed titles. Imagine the WW greats of all time ever doing that. Bud crawford is a great fighter but he in a weak era and he ain’t even fighting the best in this weak era
Why does Ennis only call Bud out when Bud has a fight? Why did Ennis turn Bud down last year, and it went to Ava? Why won't Ennis ever call Bud out when Bud has no fight?
And really, what in the hell did Ennis show against B level Karen and Villa that makes anyone think it is an intriguing matchup? Ennis ko'd a bunch of terrible fighters, moved up a step and looked ****ty against Karen, then Villa hit Ennis with shots all night. If Bid hits Ennis with those shots, Ennis gets stopped.
Im fine with seeing it. Why doesnt Ennis fight Thurman, Garcia, anyone with a name and a fanbase, so he can "dominate them" as you all say he is the bogeyman....than he has a good offer to make Bud. Maybe Ennis knows he is not at that level?
Explain any of that.Comment

Funny how Ennis and his dad want to talk about the one guy who is contractually prevented from fighting them right now. Where's the energy saying they'll fight any of Stanionis, Ortiz Jr, Crowley, Giyasov, Josh Taylor, Santillan or his recent victim Alexis Rocha, etc? No Keith Thurman call out? No Ugas? Can't even let Manny Pacquiao, who seems to be desperate for relevance now, have a shot at your title?
I think Boots is the real deal, but it sure looks like he's going to be an inactive champ who fights nobody.Comment

FYI
Crawford doesn't have an official Fight date scheduled for the Spence rematch
Until then he can't fight anyone else
Smh
You still sad Bud knocked out your hero Spence

Seriously, it's no reason for this fight to not to happen now because that immediate rematch clause between Terence Crawford vs Errol Spence Jr has expired. Moreover, there's no guarantee that fight would happen anyhow.
Besides, Crawford has already said he wasn't moving up to 154 to fight Jermell Charlo anyway. So who is left at welterweight? It's none other than Jaron "Boots" Ennis. So make the fight happen man!Comment

You are preaching to boxing casuals. They have zero knowledge about history.
They keep talking about Boots fighting someone with a pulse or enhance his record but they can’t explain how Avanesyan and Kavaliauskas or even Khan and Brook “earned” their shot at Bud.
Ask them if they knew who Bud was when he was 26 years old and you hear crickets. Boxing casuals have ruined the sport of boxing.Comment

Oh really? I mean the man has had over 32 professional prizefights and over 7 years of professional boxing experience under his belt. That is not what I consider exactly green.Comment
