Yes, he is. Uysk's CW era is better than Holyfield's and he cleaned it out.

But this isn't about Holyfield who is an ATG, it's about Toney who's not.

You're comparing Toney to fighters who are a different level to him.

Yeah, James Toney won titles across a wider range of weight classes against tougher fighters than Usyk has fought. There is definitely a difference in the quality of competition. It's true that Usyk beat a weak era of cruiserweights, and the most beatable heavyweight.

Toney won titles in 3 weight classes, Lineal in 1 and undisputed in zero and unified in zero.

Usyk has won titles in 2 weight classes, Lineal in one, undisputed in two and unified in two.

Usyk is a definitely going to be a first ballot Hall of Famer, Toney was not a first ballot Hall of famer.

They are completely different calibers of fighter.

Being undisputed is directly related to who you beat. Huck, Gassiev, and Bredis aren't great fighters. Neither is Bellew. The good news is, if he beats Tyson Fury, that would be a great achievement. It would be the first legit HOF level fighter he has beaten. Toney's record is a who's who of boxing. I see a ton of hall of famers on it. You really can't compare the quality of opposition, can you?

Tons? How do you define "tons"? Because he beat one HOF'er and that was McCallum and you can argue that he lost both fights to him.

Other than that he has 0 wins over HOF'ers.(That aren't shot)

How many wins does Toney has on the level of Gassiev or Bredis? Not many.

How many loss's and draws to unranked Journeyman does Usyk have whilst in his prime? Zero, to Toney's multiple.

You have failed to convince me. Usyk doesn't have one Mike McCallum level fighter on his record. No Reggie Johnson, no Michael Nun. no Iran Barkley. This is a weak era at both Cruiserweight and Heavyweight. All the same, if Usyk can beat Tyson Fury, he might change my mind....even though Fury looked beatable last time out.

But he's going to destroy the very best fighter he'd have beaten in a way he couldn't with shot fighters and complete bums? Yeah, sure he is. Haha. And for the record, it is delusional what Froch is saying. Clearly. Not on the level of Wilder. But delusional indeed based on bitter emotion. A bit like you after i dominate you all the time.

Hatton didn't get a gift decision against Collazo. I had it 6 rounds apiece but Hatton as the winner by 1 point due to the KD. It was the same kind of fight Jacobs had with Chenko. The KD was the deciding factor.

But if a loss which wasn't even a loss against a good prime world class fighter proves you're overrated. Tell me what you think about Ali losing 3 times to a decent fighter in Norton? What do you think about Ali losing to a journeyman in Young and actually needing a gift decision? Or Foreman getting dominated by Young? There's just so many fights in history to speak of. I'd be here all day listing them all.

                Tszyu
                Castillo
                Collazo
                Tackie
                Malignaggi
                Philips
                Maussa
                Urango

Tell me a single American who comes close to this kind of resume? Then tell me how grotesquely overrated they truly are. Hatton has a better resume than every American combined out there right now. Prove me wrong.
Paulie was shot. Tackie was an African journeyman. Maussa was a stiff. Urango got destroyed by Devin Alexander. Castillo was still mourning the death of his brother. Tszyu was on the way out. Collazo got robbed in Boston. Try again.

Wilder will put Parker to sleep. Then what will you say?

Was he hospitalized from taking too many PEDs?

The truth is Wlad started to land in the final round. But was too cautious the whole fight. Fury knew what was coming. We saw the attitude Wlad adopted against AJ - predicted a KO, gave full commitment + wasn't scared to engage now he had nothing to lose...

No Iran Barkley? You're back in fantasy land. Usyk has a list fights that are better than beating Iran Barkley who is an average fighter at best.

He has a number of wins as good as Johnson, and Johnson arguably won that fight.

You said "tons" of HOF'ers when he beat one HOF'er and argubaly lost both times.

Toney lost and drew to unranked journeyman in his prime mutliple times. Failed to beat any top ranked fighter in clear or dominant fashion at any point in his career.

The talent pool is shallower now than it has been in decades. That's why you have 4 weight champs like Broner and Mikey Garcia. You have Haney winning undisputed against Kambosos. And you have Usyk winning undisputed against average competition, and then he won the unified Heavyweight against the weakest champion since Charles Martin.
