Even unmotivated and out of shape Fury's tactics could be very successful given his natural advantages which were nullified by Francis's size strength and grappling experience. Fury also likely doesn't have to worry about getting blasted by one shot from Usyk.

I'm still not 100% convinced Fury gets in there with Usyk.

They’ll need Hearn again to save Warren and come up with another DAZN card to distribute globally if Fury bails again .

I think if Fury bails again he's going to be in breach of his contract though, and on the hook for a huge sum. I think he probably fights, but may not be able to take it seriously enough and may turn up a bit out of shape. We'll see. I'm not convinced he cares about the fight.

The Saudis are holding the purse strings though. Frank Warren is small potatoes in comparison. And they've got probably billions invested in their 6 month "Riyadh season" sports festival. Frank Warren could end up in a few duffel bags if he's ****** enough to play games and screw it up for them.
