    Nah. Tito had destroyed the consensus number 2 or 3 middleweight in the world before facing Hopkins, and was the 3-1 favorite.

    Hopkins-De La Hoya was a closer comparison, but even then, De La Hoya was one of the top 154 lb. fighters, and that was at a catch weight of 158.

        Tito was undefeated, and MW champ. He was expected to KO Hopkins into retirement.

        The DLH bout was at 158.
        Hopkins came in at 156 (2lbs North of DLH's LMW division)
